Message I'm sure compared to the amount of satisfied customers it may be small, but they do come up here every couple of months it seems like. And (according to the testimonials) the first part of the story is usually the same.

I went to Z1, spent a bunch of money.
I was happy at first, but then there was this big problem.
I called Z1 and they denied it, blamed it on someone else, or blamed it on me.
eventually they made some crap offer to replace some part or another but ignored the expense it incurred on me ie: sure we will replace XX part, just make sure you send back the original first, and your on your own for the motor pull/engine tear down to R&R it.

this is a story I've heard more than a couple times here over the years
